Immunization, Vaccines & Biologicals data repository
A global repository of immunization and vaccine indicators. Countries enter data, and WHO uses the dashboards to decide where vaccines are introduced or retired.

Filoi works with ministries, UN agencies and development partners to design, build and run DHIS2-based systems for health, agriculture and governance, from a global immunization repository to a farmer registry in Somalia.
Trusted by UN agencies, governments and global health partners

We help governments and their partners own their data systems: open source, interoperable, and still running long after a grant ends.
Since 2016 our team has worked inside WHO, PAHO and FAO programmes. We know the reporting cycles, the procurement rules and the realities of a district health office with a weak connection, and we design for them.
More about Filoi →DHIS2 is the open-source health information platform used by ministries in more than 80 countries. We configure it, extend it, connect it and run it, from version 2.37 to 2.42.
Datasets, programmes, stages, rules and indicators designed to national standards.
Immunization, surveillance and Cause of Death packages adapted to each country.
Web apps on the DHIS2 App Platform, and patches to core apps when needed.
Field data collection that syncs when connectivity returns.
Version upgrades, server administration, security patching and monitoring.
Validation rules, integrity checks and min–max ranges that catch errors early.

Early warning, outbreak tracking and emergency reporting that reaches decision-makers within the day.

Global and national immunization data, from vaccine introduction status to stock-outs and cold chain.

Cause of death certification, ICD-10 coding and links to civil registration and vital statistics.

Screening and follow-up trackers that put case management and programme monitoring in one place.

Farmer registries and livelihood M&E for food security programmes, built for low connectivity.

Regional roadmaps and executive dashboards for governments and UN regional centres.
Our platforms support country teams in four regions. Drag the globe to explore.

Turn paper forms into programmes, paper reports into data, and plain-language requests into safe metadata changes. Runs as a DHIS2 app on version 2.42 and above.
Upload a paper form, screenshot, PDF, Word or Excel file. The AI designs a complete dataset, event programme or tracker programme, checks it against DHIS2 best practice, and imports it after a dry run.
Upload a filled paper report. The AI reads the facility, period and every value into the dataset; staff check each cell next to the scan and push it to DHIS2, with the scan stored alongside.
Ask questions or request changes in plain language. The AI proposes a change set with a before-and-after view; you dry run, apply, and can undo any change.
Runs DHIS2's data integrity checks, groups issues by severity, exports them to Excel, and sends any issue to the assistant to fix.
Colleagues from Filoi are very pleasant to work with, always available to discuss and propose creative and innovative ideas for what are sometimes complicated requests.
Their competence, expertise and professionalism have been impeccable to date. Filoi's expertise will be invaluable in strengthening countries' capacity to detect and respond to outbreaks.
I have never heard “that cannot be done” from the team, but rather, “let us investigate and share options”. I view Filoi as a trusted partner that has always delivered on time.

Tell us about the countries, the users and the timeline. We will reply with a scoped approach, a team and a realistic plan.
