One partner across the whole data lifecycle.
Engage us for a single service or the full journey, from assessment to years of hosting and support.
Assessment & strategy
Landscape reviews, requirements and costed roadmaps for ministries and donors.
DHIS2 implementation
Aggregate, event and tracker programmes configured to national workflows and WHO packages.
Custom app development
Web and mobile apps built on DHIS2 APIs where the core platform stops.
Interoperability & analytics
Superset, Power BI, Grafana, R Shiny, WHO GHO, ONA: connected to live data.
Hosting, support & security
Dedicated, monitored, patched DHIS2 instances with clear reporting.
Capacity building
Training and documentation so national teams can run the system themselves.
How a typical engagement runs
Assess
Review existing tools, forms, coding standards and users with the ministry.
Design & configure
Build metadata, programmes, rules and dashboards with national counterparts.
Integrate
Connect civil registration, legacy tools and analytics platforms.
Train & pilot
Role-based training, user guides and a beta period shaped by feedback.
Sustain
Hosting, upgrades, security patching and reporting for the long term.

Assessment & strategy
Before anything is configured, we map the people, tools and data flows that already exist.
- Information system landscape reviews
- Requirements and workflow mapping
- Interoperability and data-flow design
- Costed implementation roadmaps
- Terms of reference and procurement support
- Sustainability and handover plans

DHIS2 implementation
End-to-end DHIS2 set-up for national and regional programmes, aligned to WHO standards and local practice.
- Aggregate, event and tracker programmes
- WHO metadata packages
- Validation rules, indicators and predictors
- Mobile capture and offline sync
- Upgrades and version migrations
- Local calendar conversions

Custom app development
When a programme needs something DHIS2 does not do out of the box, we build it on the platform's APIs so it upgrades cleanly.
- Custom DHIS2 web apps
- Mobile registration with GPS and photos
- Multilingual interfaces
- Role-based access
- Bulk import and data-quality tools
- Integration with legacy tools such as ONA

Interoperability & analytics
Dashboards that decision-makers read, fed by data that moves between systems on its own.
- Apache Superset on DHIS2
- Power BI connectors
- Grafana dashboards
- R Shiny apps embedded in DHIS2
- WHO Global Health Observatory import
- Automated bulletins and alerts

Hosting, support & security
Reliable, secure DHIS2 hosting on reputable cloud providers, with a dedicated database for every client.
- Production and staging environments
- Security patching and hardening
- Server and uptime monitoring
- Backups and recovery
- Core app synchronisation
- Maintenance and cybersecurity reports

Capacity building & training
Training that leaves national teams able to run and extend their systems.
- System administrator training
- Data management and analysis
- Training for clinicians and registry staff
- Training of trainers
- User guides and SOPs
- Configuration documentation
DHIS2, connected to the tools teams already use
Connectors we have built for clients and maintain as reusable products, so data flows without manual exports.
Apache Superset
ProductAdvanced, shareable dashboards on DHIS2 analytics, beyond the built-in apps.
Microsoft Power BI
ProductAPI-driven models on live DHIS2 data, with drill-downs, trends and forecasts.
WHO Global Health Observatory
ProductGHO indicators imported into DHIS2 for benchmarking national data.
Grafana
DeliveredAuto-refreshing operational dashboards, used for COVID-19 reporting in SEARO.
R Shiny
DeliveredInteractive analytical apps embedded inside DHIS2 for PAHO.
ONA
DeliveredLegacy FAO data collection connected to and migrated into DHIS2.
Civil registration
DeliveredCause of Death data linked with national civil registration systems.
AI model providers
AI StudioClaude, OpenAI, Ollama and other models connected securely through DHIS2 routes.
An AI assistant that works inside DHIS2
Turn paper forms into programmes, paper reports into data, and plain-language requests into safe metadata changes. Runs as a DHIS2 app on version 2.42 and above.
Build from a form
Upload a paper form, screenshot, PDF, Word or Excel file. The AI designs a complete dataset, event programme or tracker programme, checks it against DHIS2 best practice, and imports it after a dry run.
Capture paper data
Upload a filled paper report. The AI reads the facility, period and every value into the dataset; staff check each cell next to the scan and push it to DHIS2, with the scan stored alongside.
Ask & change metadata
Ask questions or request changes in plain language. The AI proposes a change set with a before-and-after view; you dry run, apply, and can undo any change.
Health check
Runs DHIS2's data integrity checks, groups issues by severity, exports them to Excel, and sends any issue to the assistant to fix.
